What shipping and handling options do you provide?
Depending on the item and your location these are the options available, if a price is not shown on the item then please contact me for a price
Handling times
Items that are on the shelf are usually sent the same day payment is received, freight or items that still need to be removed from the vehicle can take a bit longer to be sent out
Pick up is within business hours unless agreed otherwise, we are located in Stratford Taranaki
Courier within NZ
This is generally overnight within the North Island and a 2 day service to the South Island, Rural delivery is usually an extra 2-3 days on top of this

Freight within NZ
We use two different providers for freight depending on the location and the item, Stealth Logistics and Mainfreight, delivery is usually within a couple of days depending on the item, freight prices are to Main areas and there may be extra charges to some locations
International Delivery
Tracked shipping is offered to most destinations, we send through both NZPost and DHL depending on the item, if a shipping price is not listed then please contact us as we may have other options available
The current general delivery time for airmail is 3-6 weeks, for courier 3-5 weeks and DHL around 7 days; however sometimes due to customs clearance and other situations outside of our control your package may take slightly longer than this.
I am from overseas and I have been charged extra charges, what is this?
We do not charge taxes on international items, these charges are collected by your local customs office, we only charge the amount for the item and the shipping, taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are dependent on your country
Within NZ GST is already charged and there will be no extra costs
Why is the price higher on the website than somewhere else such as eBay?
Our website is in NZD and while the price will be cheaper than eBay when it was first listed, due to exchange rate changes between the NZD and USD the price will fluctuate up and down. If the price is higher on our website than on eBay please send us a message and we will see what we can do.
What happens if my item has not been delivered or is damaged?
Please contact us and we can investigate
Do you combine postage?
Yes we can, please contact us for a combined shipping price, some items pack well together but others are best sent separately
Do you sell parts that aren't listed?
Yes we do, please also see our Vehicles for what stock we have on hand, we can sell any part including cuts and sometimes whole shells
Do you have a phone number I can contact you on?
No sorry, we are a online store and the best way to contact is to email us and we will get back to you as we can, this ensures the right person is responding to you and any details can easily be sent through
