Toyota SXE10 Altezza 3S-GE Beams MT Long Engine Motor 3S 3SGE

OEM factory six speed manual complete 3S-GE BEAMS long engine, as removed from a SXE10 chassis Toyota Altezza.
Supplied as a long engine complete from sump to valve covers as pictured.


Condition: Good runner with reasonable compression numbers shown in photo 15 and video below detail. This engine was run to get some heat and light load into it prior to compression testing and verifying no problems with oil consumption or cooling system issues. There is no staining or carbon build up from infrequent oil changes as shown in photo 12. Removed from a damaged vehicle with 377,000km on the odometer. When this engine came in it had a dent in the lower section of sump pan this and the oil pickup were changed and the engine run. The sparkplugs were also loose in the cylinder head so there is some thread damage to the upper sections of these holes as can be seen in photo 14. This engine suits parts or repair mainly due to the spark plug threads.


Compression tested when at operating temperature and results are as below;
Cylinder 1: 200psi
Cylinder 2: 194psi
Cylinder 3: 194psi
Cylinder 4: 196psi
