Subaru BL BP Legacy EJ20X Good Running Engine Motor 03-09

OEM factory EJ20X engine, as removed from a BP5 chassis Subaru Legacy GT Spec B, years 2003 - 2009.

Can also be used in the below vehicles;
- Subaru BL5 Legacy GT 2003-2009
- Subaru Impreza GT 2007-2011

Engine supplied as pictured with the below; the turbocharger and power steering pump have been removed.
- Complete long engine assembly with all bolt on parts
- Alternator
- Factory exhaust manifold
- Complete intake manifold & throttle body
- Complete factory automatic engine wiring loom
- Coil packs
- Can also include factory intercooler if required

 

Condition: Excellent runner with no problems or issues as compression numbers shown in photo 16 and video running detail. This engine was run to to get some heat and load into it prior to compression testing and verifying no problems with oil consumption or cooling system issues. Removed from a crash damaged vehicle with 180,000km on the odometer. AC compressor was working but noisy and air pump unit has its wiring plug broken off so best to replace these with your old ones on installation.

Compression tested when at operating temperature and results are below; the starter motor was pretty weak & slow turning on this one so would have expected higher numbers with that working properly, important thing is it is consistent between cylinders.
1: 135psi
2: 128psi
3: 135psi
4: 129psi
